With inviting porches, comfortable outdoor seating, and interiors finished with elevated materials and careful attention to detail, the homes are designed for ease and comfort. Bedrooms throughout the property feature private or conveniently located baths, along with flexible sleeping arrangements that make the layout especially well suited for families and larger groups.

Set within Kiva Dunes Beach & Golf Resort, guests enjoy a peaceful, walkable neighborhood surrounded by nature, with access to private beach paths, golf, community pools, tennis, pickleball, and on-site dining just minutes away.

We had a 5 night reservation in Oct 2026 but hurricane Isais had other plans for us. We had to leave 2 days early but April was wonderful. She communicated clearly from the start and has all the info you need already organized into emails, etc. We had to leave early but i think we found a place to come back every ueat.

Step back and take in the whole retreat — two coastal homes wrapped around your private pool, fire bowl, and six shaded porches, all yours for the week.

April was a wonderful host from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, and check-in was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to settle in and actually relax. Anchor Down By The Dunes was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. It felt like a true getaway rather than just a place to sleep. You can tell April takes real pride in the property and in taking care of her guests. We would absolutely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run stay. Thank you, April!

This was our first time staying somewhere different in 15 years and let me say….we have found our new beach house! Not only is the property beautiful, well maintained and has all the amenities and space you could ever need, the host is absolutely wonderful!! When you have a house and property that exceeds your expectations and the host goes above and beyond, there’a nothing more to do than book your next stay! We are and we can’t wait!!
