Location & Getting Around:

A car is recommended for grocery trips, restaurants, and exploring Gulf Shores. Within Kiva Dunes, guests can use the free neighborhood shuttle (a large open-air golf cart) to reach the beach access, golf clubhouse, on-site restaurant, pro shop, tennis and pickleball courts, community pools, and the entrance to the golf course. The resort is very walkable inside the community, but most guests prefer having a vehicle for off-property needs.

An extremely clean & well thought out property and one of the few homes in the neighborhood with a private pool + hot tub. Two master bedrooms & 6 porches, 2 being screened in offered a lot of options for everyone to enjoy. April was a fantastic host and responded quickly to anything we had questions about! She recommended Jesse’s on the Bay, and it was hands down the best restaurant we ate at all week. It’s a little bit of a drive from other restaurants & things to do, but the house was 100% worth it. We would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Our group consisted of adults and small children, and the house was a perfect fit. Most of the rooms have en suite baths, making it very comfortable and private for each couple/group. The location allows for a very short walk to beach access. With the pool, spa, and game room, there is plenty to occupy time, even on rainy days or during cooler seasons. The beaches here are clean and peaceful, as the Kiva development is much more sparsely populated than the dense high-rise areas. Our group included well traveled golfers, and the course is as good or better than anything in the region, in terms of both design and conditions. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating both before and during our visit. It is clear they are not just a property manager, but an owner that is fully invested in their guest's experience. We could not have been happier with everything, and this property will be our first choice the next time we plan a trip the the area!

This home has a beautiful curb appeal it’s stylish and modern with the best beds I ever slept in. There is a main house as well as a guest house that was included. We love that cause we were able to allow the young adults and teens in our group to have their own space while the older adults can enjoy their activities in a separate environment all while being just a few feet away and still be altogether. There are flat screens in every room and a pool and hot tub for enjoyment…. Our Host provided water and snacks and was very responsive immediately to whatever needs we needed which was hardly any. Next time we are in Gulf Shores this will be a top priority; 1st choice all the way.
